resepi ni ORANG TAK TAHU MASAK PUN TERER AHHH...haha
2 eggs(dont seperate the yolk and white,just mix it together)
Fresh squid(whatever the size is,it doesnt matter,i use medium)
1 tablespoon salt
tepung goreng ayam ADABI(it suits me,crispy in the outside and tendering the meat in the inside)
1.sunk the squid in the cold water(to prevent fishy smell and make the meat smooth)
2.take up the bowl,crack 2 eggs,mix it all to gether with SALT and PEPPER
3.take aside and let it rest for a couple of minutes,just to make sure that all the salt and pepper dissolve in the yolk.
4.masukkan the sotong lah,and let it sit for couple of minutes,AGAIN.this will absorbing the rasa from the telur mixture into the sotong.
why is that sootong ketul besar mcm tu?sbb akif tak celup dlm air..hehenak cepat!
5. now this is the senang part,take the sotong,campak dalam tepung ADABI tu and lay they into the very hot oil,now please take a note :IF U MASAK THE SOTONG,PLEASE JANGAN LAMA2 sangat,why?because it will burn the meat vigorously.after couple of minutes,take the sotong and drain it up.heres the result.Enjoy.Now,apa akif kata Memasak is SIMPLE,FUN and EASY to do!psstt..kalau x sedap jgn carik akif tau?hehehehe
