cuti2 kejap...




hai guys...oh fenat nye..baru sampai rumah..belek2 kemera rasa nk update masuk dlm blog ni haa..akif baru balik dari penang...all i can say about this "pulau mutiara" is WOW! ahh teruja2...hehe..best gile! lagi best dari KL...ko hade?ko takde kann...huhu...jap 3h,jap eh...nak cari gambaq sat na...tengok ni budak ni,anak sape ni..pewitt pewit..ekekeke..



haaa...atas feri,korang tak jeles ke?hahaha...tapi waktu ni waktu malam so x nampak scenery sangat..nampak kapal2 punya lampu aje..kuang3..hehe...tu kat sebelah tu mak akif..nak naik feri punya pasal...kena line bapak panjang habis sejam setengah kena Que...ahhh...buang minyak aje..hihi..maklumlah nama pun cuti sekolah kan?huhu..


pic kat bawah ni waktu kitorang kat restoran tepi laut kt area2 gelugor..pergh,tempat dia sejuk gila,dah bukan sepoi2 bahasa dah,dah tak faham bahasa punya angin itu mali..hahahaha...best,cuma servis dia lambat sikit..waktu kitorang sampai tu penuh kereta berderet parking,so pepandai lah korang nak hidup..betul2 kat tepi jalan..nama dia restoran IKAN BAKAR kalau tak silap...cuba lah korang pergi..masakkan dia masyukkk..tapi cuma kena sabaq skit lah sbb servis dia lemau!kurang staff katanya..huhuhu

Kole kacang -resepi abang Adeli sulfer


Resepi Kole Kacang..

Bahan²:-
3 cawan tepong kacang hijau
1 ½ cawan gula putih
8 cawan santan ( 1 biji kelapa )
(1 cawan santan dibancuh dengan gula merah + sedikit garam)

*kacau bahan² tadi diatas api selama 25 minit..

Untuk buat tahi minyak:-
1 biji kelapa + sedikit garam.. Masak sampai kering..

Fried Squid versi Akif (ho ho ho)

resepi ni ORANG TAK TAHU MASAK PUN TERER AHHH...haha
Bahan2:
2 eggs(dont seperate the yolk and white,just mix it together)
Fresh squid(whatever the size is,it doesnt matter,i use medium)
1 tablespoon salt
blackpepper
tepung goreng ayam ADABI(it suits me,crispy in the outside and tendering the meat in the inside)

1.sunk the squid in the cold water(to prevent fishy smell and make the meat smooth)
2.take up the bowl,crack 2 eggs,mix it all to gether with SALT and PEPPER
3.take aside and let it rest for a couple of minutes,just to make sure that all the salt and pepper dissolve in the yolk.
4.masukkan the sotong lah,and let it sit for couple of minutes,AGAIN.this will absorbing the rasa from the telur mixture into the sotong.

why is that sootong ketul besar mcm tu?sbb akif tak celup dlm air..hehenak cepat!

5. now this is the senang part,take the sotong,campak dalam tepung ADABI tu and lay they into the very hot oil,now please take a note :IF U MASAK THE SOTONG,PLEASE JANGAN LAMA2 sangat,why?because it will burn the meat vigorously.after couple of minutes,take the sotong and drain it up.heres the result.Enjoy.Now,apa akif kata Memasak is SIMPLE,FUN and EASY to do!psstt..kalau x sedap jgn carik akif tau?hehehehe

hey guys,akif mengucapkan beribuan terima kasih kepada yg sudi memberi sokongan kepada akif as one of the contestant in MNTM(malaysia's next top model) cycle one..everything just seems so great and very mysterious hehe...being the next top model real out of my mind ..why?because im the shortest contestant in that show..all the models was 6 foot and above..me?ARE U SERIOUS!?im 5'6/7 .when Juan Yu(Supermodel/actress) calling my name to get on stage as the winner of the next top model..i do say "OH MY GOSH!ARE U KIDDING ME?!) hehe..its real unexpected moment but i feel that i was blessed,Alhamdulilah and i will do my best to get through this industry,,..height isnt a priroty anymore..its all about PASSION and Determination in you!so from now on,just follow ur dreams and trust to yourself..no matter what career u re into,if u have diciplined and determination,anything could happen..so goodluck!
